    Lee Clarke

Apperently he has declared an interest in taking over as our Under 23s manager.

Be an interesting one if appointed as I don't think he'd be here that long but the cynic in me also thinks he'd be eyeing up Bruces job.

Things go wrong and Bruce is sacked. . . he is in a prime position to take over.

Hmmm....on the one hand I like the idea of former players-especially local ones-being involved but I take your point about him possibly positioning himself for the main position.

On the whole, I think it's a good thing. We can worry about the future...in the future.

He's proved himself more than capable imo..

I think he's grounded enough to know the way his career has gone our top job is too big for him...doesn't hurt to have him in to hold the ship whilst we find Bruce's replacement though...

Well when you see what John Carver got away with then Lee Clarke must think he's entitled to some reasonable chance.

I'd like to see him training the under 23's.
