It will be quite a culture shock for a manager who's currently managing in a league of 12 clubs and a club whose average attendance is 2,866 despite being third in the division. Additionally I see that Barnsley have 7 games in 26 days between December 7 and January 2, an intensity that I doubt he'll have experienced before

I'll back him but what's he going to do differently outside a transfer window with no deviation from the plan?

Agree Dooali. Although it's a freebie for him as we've nothing to judge him against and no expectancy for the remainder of the season.

Message from Conway! Struber was one of our main targets all year and we fought off bigger teams for his signature!!😂

January is going to be the biggest factor ponte where we stand with these Roles owners as we all know, but by then it could be mission IMPOSSIBLE

If he is your new lad then it's a win/win for him. He's taking on a club in dire straights and, judging by social media, supporters expectations are very low, for this season at least. He's coming to the most competitive league in Europe in a division which attracts huge support and interest. If he does ok he's putting himself in the shop window.
