    Queens v Queen’s Park

The referee this Saturday is the “real deal“. He’s Mr David Dickinson

He’s assisted by Graham McNeillie & Andy Taylor.

Please all sleep better tonight knowing this breaking news.

Looking forward to the game...….the last against the amateurs perchance?

A chance to give some players rest to recover from knocks and to give the younger players some more game time. Having said that this is a critical match and we simply can't afford to lose a Scottish Cup game.

There isn’t much interest in cup ties anymore. Very poor crowd anticipated unfortunately ☹️

TBH the 10 - team leagues get a bit repetitive and for that reason i am looking forward to seeing Queens Park in what could be one of their last games as an amateur club. I can only recall playing them once in the last 10 years - around 2016 in a cup - tie up in Glasgow

Certainly looking forward to the game but suspect that it will be the first team as a cup run is crucial for the club with the potential of a cash bonus down the line if we get a favourable draw but we need to ensure a victory against Queens Park in the first instance. Mon the South.

Spike, - I totally agree with the choice of team, as a cup run is crucial to a club like Queens. I perhaps should have made my point a little clearer: I'd prefer to see the likes of Dobbie rested to see if he can't shake off that knock than risk him any further. Having said that, - he should be in the squad, - if we're faffing about at 0-0 or worse with 25 to 30 minutes to go. (Hint, - the ideal time to make a substitution and allow a player to make a difference)
