Find it hard to understand why you would want a flare in a concert anyways. You go there for the music not to start ****ing chants off . Of course they are dangerous, they burn a 1,500 degrees. My mate went to the killers concert they had one there as well . Music, a few beers(if you like a bit of a booze) that's all you need .
