No matter how many times you change the personnel , the formation or even the HC the same flaws still exist .
Flaws created by the recruitment model are where the real blame lies .
Two goals a game at championship level in recent weeks seems to be reasonably attainable even for this group , the attacking players , Woodrow , Chaplin and Thomas seem to offer us at least a threat and an end product .
It's all in vain though because the defence is simply not up to it in terms of organisation , ability and experience , I suspect if we scored 3 goals it still wouldn't be enough .
Wiseman , Crainie , Mvoto and Kennedy were better than this lot and that's saying something .
Yet another goal for Woodrow and as sure as eggs are eggs offers will come in for him in January , the only question is how much we will receive .
