    Mowbray Out

As stated in another thread, I've seen enough.
He's done a brilliant job overall but time to go.
I never expected miracles, top 6 etc but I do expect steady improvement and we just aren't improving.
Our group if players are better than the results.
    Who replaces him?
I don't care and it isn't my job to recruit one, hopefully, we will look abroad.

A nervy performance, and a very patchy game.
The key thing, really, is that we won it, because it's confidence we clearly lack.
If we can somehow eke out a win against Brentford, we might see the heads go up a bit.
Good to see Dack back to some kind of form.

I can't remember the last time we put in a decent performance for a full game.
We used to play well in one half of a match then it was 15 or 20 minutes.
Now we simply don't play well.

Seems a bit harsh to demand his head after a win, at least wait until a drubbing. The January window will be very important for us.

We were lucky to beat the worst team in the league at home. We were outplayed in the second half. We still leak goals. We still put players in positions they aren't used to playing. We don't have a viable plan. We still don't know what our best team is.
I think I previously said I'd give him until the end of November, I came early.

I certainly wouldn't let him spend one penny more.

It's not your money so why do you care? Name a better man for the job.

    Why? I'm not qualified?
Why do you want TM to stay?
