    Get out Ardley
Players not playing for the Manager? IF that is the case, won't last long. didn't he say the other week something along the lines of them not carrying out his instructions?

When players stop doing basics it does not matter who the manager is does it. Our midfield stopped functioning in the second half and ball retention was a real problem. I cannot have the defence being blamed again it is not fair on them tbh. The defence did not hit it long obviously as directed by the manager instead they give it to the midders who promptly lost it over and over. Enzio simply cannot play unless you give him the ball in space facing the right way. He loses the ball every time you give him the ball facing the wrong way and being challenged from behind and that is a major issue. Some would say why give it him facing the wrong way? But that will happen in combination passing play where we are trying to work the ball up the field but when it reaches Enzio we lose it. Rose is quite simply not good enough in any area of the game, he too lacks even the basics of being able to bring the ball under control and pass it to feet and he is just plain slow. His pass completion must be under 50% which is unforgiveable for a centre midder. We dont score enough goals (28 in 24 league games) however we still have only 2 teams in the league with a better defensive record than us so im not having the back 5 being the problem.

Of course it does. Some managers would give them a kick up the arse and inspire them to do better.

    Instead, we have Ardley.

That's not a bad call actually. But to be honest, I can't think of many managers that wouldn't be an improvement.

We have to keep the ball better and our fortunes will turn

You must be Ardley or someone who likes to watch losing football !

Yes it is down to the players in some ways but this idiot carries on playing the same team and makes the same subs every game.

He should have gone months ago he is sh#te and he will ruin thus club if he carries on as I for one will not attend a match whilst he is still here and I wont be alone.

How many times, exactly, have the current owners of the club pulled the trigger? Did they appoint Ardley or inherit him?
