    As you say Spike, the very least we should expect is that the players show a bit of commitment and fight, a defeat however disappointing is at last more bearable if you can see a bit of effort going in. Irrespective of any alleged friction behind the scenes the players are professionals and should be striving to do their best in every game. The Management share a responsibility too, to employ tactics that play to our players' strengths which means at least not continually punting high balls up to our front men.

    Punting high balls to our short forwards is both futile and the most frustrating thing to watch therefore should only happen when there are no other options available.
