Players on our level are on about 60 grand a year, when the vast majority are not worth tuppence. Not only because they have limited talent, but because they don't put the effort in. Compare div 4 players with prem players, prem players bust a gut for 90 minutes.

George Maris at Cambridge almost got signed by Barnsley last season. He has some talent, not a lot, but enough to get noticed. Now its like hes given up, not even first choice anymore. Whats wrong chuck???? Having a hissy fit?

What makes me smug about this thread is that my contribution to these people is absolutely zero. My emotional well being used to rely on Cambridge winning, and hoping for something better.

Now I see it for what it is. Nonsense. A trier from the lower leagues with a bit of initiative can do as well which proves the point.
