    Game yesterday

Huffed and puffed, played 20 25 mins of decent enough stuff but we really lack a bit of guile and penetration.

There's no lack of effort but it's just the same sorta stuff we have been watching for the last few years, insipid.

Speaking to a few boys last night and same sort of thing comes up, why do managers insist on trying to play like man city when we don't have the quality of player.

Couple of chances just afore ht and DJs skelfed effort near the end, apart from that no much to get excited about.

Keeper a bit slow at goal as well.

I dinnae mind being guff from time to time (though killie well st j Hamilton etc seem to seem to be able to avoid the worst of the ****tiness) but there's a massive malaise around the club for the last 3 years that the powers that be are finding difficult or have no intention of shifting.

Mcpake has to up his game as have Nelms and all connected with the club.

Everybody seems far too comfortable in their positions within the club.

We really need someone who is going to inject some enthusiasm, these dull, dreich, performances are doing us no favours.

il be there on sat mate but if its another 1 up front effort then i doubt if il bother for the remainder of the games unless he changes it up front.

was hearing the fans were voicing their opinions on mcpakes formation system on sat and quite rightly so,once the cold weather really bites in then 1 up front systems aint going to pull you awa fae the cosy indoors or cosy pub

Agree with Rros regarding the malaise at dens.
On paper, we have a good team but the system isnt working.
Mcpake seems to be a clone of mcann.
He wants to play like the Spanish world cup side, pass all over the park until the penaly box, then walk the ball into the net.
We do not have the players to do that.
We badly need a captain/dirty ******* to inspire the team, we have neither.
The armband gets passed around, Gowser does ok, but only scores 2 or 3 per season.
Nems is watching the same shyte as us, but cant see him rocking the boat, so the malaise goes on.
My grandson is with the academy, and at the moment, prefer watching games at the academy than going to dens.
I will be in my usual seat in the Derry against QOS, ans mightmake some money.if Dobbie is fit, worth a tenner on him to score.
    Keep the faith.

agree with almost all of that deecom, time to roll the sleeves up and play with the heart on the sleeve, and move the ball forward faster and neater,il be extremely happy to see 100 cross field passes in they are corner kicks.

really had enough of the side to side pisssh and 1 up front

last chance saloon this saturday as far as im concerned,if he starts 1 up front then chances are il be in the pub by 3.30
