    Thanks for the article Paul.

A good insight on the approach to away games.
Fully understand the High energy drinks provided by Ross Burbeary but not so sure of the 3 / 4 cups of coffee Richard Wood drinks at breakfast..

Maybe that’s what Paul Warne means when he says the dressing room is buzzing

    😂 LOL
I would be buzzing as well after 4 cups of coffee at breakfast.
Think I will stick to the Peppermint tea.

Doesn’t it seem odd though that a management team that promotes fitness can turn a blind eye to high caffeine intake?

Maybe decaff, still a lot of coffee.
I would be running to the loo for a few hours.

coffee is a diuretic meaning excessive consumption can lead to dehydration. Not great for a pro sportsman.

I also read that some players get up at 10.30 / 11.00.
Ok after a serious session but that,s late. wasting their lives away

Why should it be a concern? A lot of the energy drinks a caffeine based.
