    Depends on how long you lived in the UK and what National Insurance contributions you paid.

    I feel like I'm taking the piss out of the Brit system but I paid into it from 16-48 so why not, there are many that haven't aren't there?

    You have to have at least 10 years to get any pension and 35 to qualify for the full amount.

    Even if you have the 35 years you might not still get the full amount if some of those years were “contracted out” NI contributions
