We know the town centre is bad, but this guy is a nob...maybe he finds himself funny.
Visits the town on a sunny Bank Holiday Monday, and highlights how dead it is. The few shops left are shut as its a Bank Holiday, so why would anyone be there, plus there are better things to do on a Bank Hol than shopping. It does look bad though even if most of his facts are wrong.

I will say though, that the Eastern European prostitute I saw outside the County last week was much better-looking than the ones you used to see around there, who would have had to pay me to sleep with them rather than the other way round.

None of the shops I used to go to are there anymore.
Sugg Sports, Inter Sports, GT News, the computer games place on the market on the second floor, the other one on Effingham Street, we also used to go to Herringthorpe Centre for the wave machine.
And more recently, that Thai Supermarket on the High Street has gone.
There's only really Miele worth going into the town centre for now.
