    Jimmy Shan

Good luck to Jimmy Shan - he's at last found his level - Kidderminster! To have put him in charge of us last season was an absolutely shocking decision, especially when it became clear Moore was out of his depth too.

Thank the lord we now have a proper manager in Bilic who knows what he's doing!

We've had some right shockers of managers over the years. Shan is up there but Pardew must be ranked as the very worst. With Pep Mel and Brian Little a close second, oh and Irvine

Good luck to Shan, as Imo if Barnes had stayed he or DM would have got us up.

In relation to Pardew is the biggest c??? To have ever walked on God's earth.

The deluded, self obsessed cretin has said he'll talk to Everton if they want him.

Only in football will such a useless bag of s hit keep on getting a job from equally useless mates mates like Hammond.

Good luck to Shan - he did the best he could with us. That whole episode last season with DM, Jones, Shan - we should have walked it in the Champ last year with the squad we had. Blame the Board for unbelievably poor decisions. Mind could pay off in the long run now we have a decent manager and motivated squad.

Some managers just don't fit. Some managers fit for a time. Not many fit for lengthy periods. (Ferguson/Wenger)

Good luck to him done a good job for us. Think Big Dave and him would have been a better duo than Jones who caused a lot of trouble

Moore and Shan were the equivalent of the boys at school who ran a tidy “Tuck Shop” being handed the headmaster’s job!

    Massively out of their depth.

You only have to look at the way Bilic quickly moulded this season’s side and the way he sent Rakeem Harper back to the stiffs because he could see the kid had become a legend in his own lunchbox!

Look at the way Austin has been stuck on the bench and Zohore binned.......Bilic doesn’t give a toss about the reputation or the supposedly big name.......HE is the big name and they dance to his tune.

Not a moments rancour or hassle within the squad this season either because he has total respect.

THIS is what a manager looks like!

I agree Mick ,they was out of there depth but deserve a bit of credit after the mess Pardrew caused. Wanted to go up but just like when we lost out to Derby, another year out of the Prem will allow to go up with a better team.

Mick's comments are bang on! Unfortunately, Shan's credit disappeared for me when he went to the Vile and parked the bus - they were there for the taking! Both Shan and Moore completely out of their depth!

Under Bilic - strategy - tactics - correct subs - correct subs at right time - and does not give a feck about reputation. Had DM still been here ( Shan's mate ) Charlie Austin would be playing on the wing. Brunt also would still be in the first eleven!

No coincidence either, we have back up for almost every position and looking at the bench will tell you that!

That said - you can't blame Moore or Shan - it's the numpty that put them out of their depth in these positions.

Shan at least now can prove himself at his level in management. Harsh? Not really - you have to prove yourself at the bottom!
