jj - I accept many of your points but not since the 4-0 Qots game. Even before then we had glimpses. Yes RN sets uop negative and yes he may well be gone by Dec 20. But I am quite happy just now. Last night was poor - Alloa wasnt really as we attacked the **** out of them. 7 wins in a row. Some decent football. I remember a 0-0 at Morton one or two seasons ago under McK - id had enough and missed a few games as a result because my eyes bled. It aint that bad i promise you. SRYB

Assuming you were not happy with previous managers just who do you think would do a better job & get utd playing in a way you would be happy with? Boring & negative is so harsh based on what I have seen this season.

Shedboy it ain't bad in anyway. (imo)

It's not even accurate to say we aren't entertaining, nor is it accurate to say we are negative, never going to be pleasing on the eye every game though

Let's dig deeper, in world football across the top two divisions, we are 3rd for home record behind Celtic and Barcelona based on goal difference

For overall record we are in the top 15 across the top two divisions in world football

And our winning run of 7 just now, only a handful of clubs are on a better league run in world footbaln, with benfica on 10 having the best current winning run

Liverpool haven’t been as good as they were last season and have had to dig deep and scrape quite a few late results this season (such as at Old Trafford, Palace, Villa). However they’re ump**** points clear and likely going to win the EPL. I doubt very much their supporters are bothered about the ‘quality’ of football.

I only put up my post about if people still wanted RN sacked as a bit of a joke. I didn’t seriously expect anyone to actually come on and suggest just that.

Essentially what I have said. Results good, performances not so much. Happy with the points tally. Don't really understand why folk get so het up about it.

Most in the threads don't agree with your opinion of performances, as many have been quite clearly good to very good, especially for this level and we are also putting things in place so we will be well equipped for next season if we are promoted, stability, continuity, identity, grit, street wise, mentality, all things we are adding and improving that's down to Neilson, similar to what Levein brought in a way

Tbh it just come over as you trying to discredit RN when he deserves plenty credit right now, the stick is quick to come when we have the odd blip but that's all we've had in his short but sweet tenure to date.

So now that Robbie has been in the papers to say he wants a Deecember lockout, IF we manage that and move onto 16 wins, we only need between 5 and 7 more wins, with a sprinkling of draws, to win the league?

    Not a big enough target!
