There are still folk over at the other place who do not understand the FA Cup prize fund structure. The prize for winning in the First Round Proper is 36k for every winning club. Those who have arrived in that round from earlier in the competition get their accumulated prize money increased to 36k. I.e. the prize for getting through each round is to get the accumulated money to the stated overall total for that round.

First Round Proper winners get 36k ( and those teams arriving from earlier rounds and winning in the First Round proper get their prize money made up to 36k).

Second Round Proper winners get their accumulated prize money increased to 54k.

There are some people who wrongly assume that the stated prize money for winning in the First Round Proper is 36k and that the prize money for winning in the Second Round Proper is another 54k, making a total of 90k. No, for winning a Second Round Proper match the overall accumulated prize money is 54k, which includes the 36k thus far accumulated.
