    Reading the papers...

The suffering going on in the Labour party gladdens my heart immensely. Labour as it stands now is finished. The war will be between the communists and the reformers, the reformers being seen as the devil.

Corbyn did nothing wrong, it was the electorate, according to Corbyn. Economic illiteracy, racism, communism, a friend to terrorism, its endless. Narcissism at its best. You could expose him to the black and white accounts of the country and he will still deny being wrong.

Another word is psychosis. There is no pill for that illness though. Rotten to the core, a bad man, an anarchist, an antichrist a fool, evil beyond belief. If he gained power in a dictatorship, the jews were headed for camps in the north somewhere.

And he came to contest a general election. Shame on the decent members of the Labour party for allowing it to happen. You are a disgrace,.

Squadron Leader Alfie Mountbatten, Big Wing, Duxford.

Labour isn’t finished Frank. If Boris doesn’t deliver in this next 5 years then the North, Midlands and Wales will react at the next election and slice his balls off. I fully expect to see the ridiculous HS2 Birmingham to London cancelled and the spending transferred to somewhere else that doesn’t improve the economy of London. It isn’t the purple-haired old biddies who are keeping this Government in sharp suits and second homes, it’s the working types outside the capital who want the result of the 2016 referendum delivered, then a more equal society. Cue accusations of Communism from Frank.

That's the spirit griff. As someone said recently, apart from Blairs wins, Labour hasn't won an election for 53 years, or something like that. Blair was a tory in regards to money.

Your problem is that moderate socialists, at heart, believe in true communism, I suspect you are one. That is how Corbyn got in to power, your achilles heel. Like it or not, London creates money and jobs, its not about being discriminatory. Lets pour money into Carlisle, see where that goes.

Nothing I say will make a difference though. Because Carlisle or Leeds etc isn't as wealthy as the south you cry foul. So why is southern England far richer than the north? The old bench mark was that you could tell who was in power in certain cities by the state of the roads.

Labour towns had potholes, Tory towns had new tarmac.

You could expand that to everything. Why does socialism create poverty, then accuse the Tories of it? The towns that voted red are poor towns with high immigrant communities. Money to Labour is an inconvenience, getting in the way of their stupid dreams.

Hang on a minute, the south is a lovely place, places that makes dreams. But they vote tory. Are you getting it? I suspect not. Money is the key. The trick is to use it wisely, not purposefully waste it, then blame the "toffs.". Without a surplus, money is wasted on repayments.

Jealousy is another thing. I do not pay my own bills. My income doesn't get touched from one month to another, it multiplies exponentially. We are looking at another property soon. So how can that be.? I have another property which is rented out.

    KERCHING.

To you all of this is wrong. And therein lies the problem. To you being poor makes you a brother, a comrade against the evil toffs. Such stuff and nonsense, for gods sake grow up. I started as a first generation immigrant with 5 bob to my name, from the back streets. If only I knew than what I know now. I would be a multi millionaire by twenty five, or close too.

If I was secure financially at 30, I would have gone into politics, and campaigned tirelessly against socialism. All it takes to provide for yourself and family is honesty and hard work. Oh, and thrift. Thrift creates wealth so you can stop being thrifty.

Its within yourself, its not about living oop norf, or political dogma. If it wasn't for the wasters like Brown, Callaghan etc, this country would be dripping in money. I know I have wasted my breath. Still, you read it, its of some use.

As long as you blame there is no hope. Take responsibility, if you blame the tories you give your power away. The fault lies within you, and you keep it in place forever, and pass it on.

I suspect Stoke Birmingham the north east may stay tory, after realising its not so bad. It fact, given time, they may thinbk its good. I lived in Stoke for 7 years, those people voting tory is amazing, though there is a hard core tory vote. They are conservative at heart, blinded by the hatred of the south you have.

I suspect you wont get Stoke back.

A TOFF. p.s, im making fun. Im a working class lad made good. Like you really. MONEY is good.

Frank, that was soooo long that I could only be bothered to read the first two or three paragraphs. You might have some interesting points but I haven’t got the time to read them.

Basically I’m only looking for a level playing field. So tell me this. Why is London top of the per capita spending tables for England EVERY year? It’s the same for you and me, Frank; why are more of the taxes that you and I pay spent in London than in the areas in which we live? It’s been that way for 50 years with few exceptions. Think that one through and give me a reasoned and reasonable answer.

Firstly, London is a foreign city. Its as English as Cividale, or Budapest. Have you been recently.? Its the capital, the heart of the country, the centre of government, business and royalty.

Its perfectly placed between Europe and the USA. Its a world wide hub purely because of where it is. Money flows through it like water.
It isn't a level playing field because London has huge advantages. And disadvantages, live in London and get stabbed. The English fled London a loooooong time ago.

There wont be a level playing field. I cant see an American industrialist coming to Britain to discuss American cars coming to Britain and wanting a conference in Penrith.

The only thing to do is develop Carlisle. Cambridge is booming with high tech industries, the money involved is mind blowing. You cant have blessings bestowed upon you just for the sake of it. Without the silicon fen, Cambridge would just be a market town with a University.

Money makes money, investing in London pays for the bills of the country. What does Carlisle have that is investable? If there isn't anything, then create something. Wealth doesn't appear out of nothing. You cant have it given to you, mind you socialists think it should be.

Give up blaming. Create something, start a business, take to the stage, get Carlisle on the map. A bit late in the day for you, but not your kids. My pop always wanted his own business and that rubbed off. Working for someone else doesnt make big bucks. Stand on your own feet. You may fail so try again.

Business means you either provide or get fired, or go bust. Socialism creates jobs for life, no matter how badly they are done. The NHS is full of people who should be doing something else, they turn up for the pay. State industries are a disgrace.

Let me ask you a question, what do you think of that last statement?

    Olly.

Of course. But free at the point of delivery. The treatment would be quicker and better, and flexible. The government wont be hosing billions down a black hole, the NHS infrastructure needs to go. No one can disagree with that.

But lets keep it as it is. We will get there eventually . As it stands, its like trying to get a moose with six foot antlers through a door that's three feet wide.
And you cant use something to lop it off.
