Thread: Who, or which consortium, or which company should next own the club?

Who, or which consortium, or which company should next own the club?

In order to have full (Special Resolution) control of 1921 the owner has to have at least 75% of the shares.

A Special Resolution at a board meeting is a motion to make an extremely important decision such as selling / buying a ground. Such a motion has to get passed by a vote of at least 75% of the shares otherwise it is defeated.

It is extremely unlikely that a new ownership will take place if such an entity cannot get at least 75% of the shares.

I have made my bid. I may increase it soon to 75 quid, take it or leave it. When I get control I will be the new manager. I will install speakers in the dressing room and training ground so that I can take training sessions, and half time team talks from my armchair.
