    Brownlie Signs Pre Contract for Partick

    Mainstay centre back has signed a pre-contract for Partick since Queens played them a fortnight ago to rejoin his former club.

    Been rumoured for a while on Pie and Bovril - the big man was man of the match today v Arbroath and imo has been one of our
    best payers this season

    Certainly seems to be more consistent since missing last season thru injury. Remember he was Bombscare Brownlie a few seasons back. Returning to Partick where he spent a season in 2013/14.

    Its a real shame that he's leaving. Queens should have tried to tie him down to get a fee.

    Certainly has improved recently. I wonder if he'll be playing in the seasi8league next season?

    I am sure Queens did try but on our crowds we have little in the way of financial clout to match the wages offered by the majority of our league opponents.

    The same is true of young Connor Murray. He needs to be signed up for another year, - before the likes of Livingston and co come sniffing after him.
