I was like an excited kid on Christmas day after seeing that goal and celebration.
It was like the pressure cooker lid opening.

Absolutely fantastic and over the moon for the lad. He's deserved all the plaudits because you can see the passion and drive he has. The lad is a grafter but is also capable of this.
I hope his confidence goes sky high and he's the kickstart for the forward play.


A big mention to Andy Carroll as well. That was a cracking shift he put in. I honestly didn't know if he had it in him.
If he can stay fit he's a big plus.
