    The end of the road

    For ben gladwin that is.
    He finally departs Blackburn rovers after a long,unsuccessful spell for us.
    I am sure he will do ok down at a league 2 side but sadly not good enough for this level.

    Wonder how much money we spent paying his wages. And picking up his medical bill. Youd think we had money the way we throw it away. Another part if the reason we could go out of business. Ridiculous. Like all these academy kids of which most aren't making the grade.

    I really liked the signing of Gladwin. It was proof of what Mowbray said about needing artists as well as soldiers.
    Unfortunately, he had so few games that he became a burden, rather than an asset.
    It will be interesting to see if he can resurrect his career at a lower level. One thing we're not clear on is whether he has 100% recoverd from the injuries.
    He is genuinely skilful, so you'd have thought he could make a mark in D.2.
