    Typical "Popular club" bias.

Its so obvious all the time.
They can't even mention that West Brom are JOINT top of the championship. Chose their important ball numbers to look out for (West brom not one of them of course) I've noticed that Wolves also have the "Unpopular" tag as Aston Villa ("Popular") have been advertised to death on the TV after just going up this season Compared to Wolves.
The bias sticks like glue for decades.

Also, the pompous Mark Chapman never refers to our club by its proper name; I don’t think that he has ever said ‘West Bromwich Albion’, it’s always ‘West Brom’. I wish somebody would inform the lazy tw@t that there is no such place as ‘West Brom’. The BBC do employ some knobs.

This may come as a shock to you, but some people actually pay to watch football, hence Sky advertising to get newly promoted vile fans to subscribe to watch their team.

Maybe it is all about the money. Wolves and West brom not being worth the advertising unlike a "popular" club like Villa.

Its not just that bloke you mention.
On the local radio they refer to Castle Bromwich as Castle Brom, very lazy.
Some road signs in the Smethwick area state 'West Brom' rather than West Bromwich, though I have yet to see a Road sign which state 'Brum'

I always say I support West Brom.

Maybe that’s due to me not being a “local” person.

It’s just semantics really......”West Brom” is known far and wide so why be too bothered!?

It regional advertising, so here you will see sky sports target the only 2 local west midlands club, and given that most dingles would have already subscribed they will be targeting the vile fans more as they don't advertise championship football at sky and therefore this will be the first time they will have had the opportunity to target the vile audience in 3 years (since they were last in the prem).

Believe, me the vile are not a popular club, other than with their own deluded inbreds.

Nationally they are despised for their arrogance and for the way rub small clubs noses with the chant "chant champions of Europe, you'll never sing that" at places like Rotherham etc, etc.
