A real battling performance and a bit backs to the wall second half but still posed a real threat on counter..

Strange kodja didn’t even make bench ? Liked the look of indianna though n he was full of running and I’d let him loose more tbh..

Mings was a rock n shame about the sloppy goal given away but definitely need to stick with 3cb.. although not overall keen on Hause as he can’t make the simplest of passes yet he’s quite solid so a bit of a frustrating one tbh.

Cracking to still be in it at this stage, anyone spotted we always seem blind to a man running in on the far post on our right side?

The passing issue is infuriating, win the ball only to lose it almost immediately and that header towards goal in the first half that played them in had me fuming.

Trez and El G - premier league or not?

We did the best job that we could given the circumstances. To get a draw at Leicester with the players available to us at the time, was an amazing performance. We have a chance now to go to Wembley again. Well done lads.

Mondaze after being schooled by them at home I agree to some extent but is it beyond reasonable to expect better short passing and awareness of where the runners are when the opposition are attacking. We've been ahead in so many games but seem to run out of steam forcing us to sit back and giving the ball away adds to the pressure.

3 at the back definitely helping

I’ve been sitting on this for a few days now and still can’t agree with most of the comments on here. Football is supposed to be an entertainment. I wasn’t entertained, I was tormented. I’ve supported Villa long enough to know they can never park a bus. Ours has holes in it even if they managed a decent parallel park. Are we now going to play like this against City tomorrow?.....or Leicester again in the second leg? And if we get through, are we going to do the same at Wembley against City...again.? That could be really embarrassing. The fact that Mings and Nyland were are best players says it all.

We were also really poor in keeping possession and lost the second ball pretty much every time. I’m sure Taylor passed to it Leicester players more than ours. We only started to play a decent game when the young lad came on up front. Personally, I’d rather play like that and have a go than just try to stop the other team playing for 90 minutes. We’ve got to aspire to that surely? What must Jack be thinking .......

I see what your saying Picasso but the formation we have been using will send us back into the championship. The poor display at times is due to lack of quality in certain areas and nothing to do with the formation or tacticts.
I like this 3 at the back thing and very impressed with Konsa. Taylor and Gulibert look a bit dodgy. I would love to see us sign Ashley Young to improve this area if we're playing wing backs.

    What do i know though.
