agreed mate, they wont expect us to have a go at them at their own ground and lets be honest, we've f uck all to lose. For me we go for it, play with width and have a go

Along with both wide men underperforming I felt we didn't need 2 defensive midfielders because all that did was invite them on as both Powers and Butcher were so deep and it also allowed Whittaker too much time to dictate so much of the play playing as a central midfielder because we never gave him anything to do defensively. I'd have started Glass before Powers and I hope he starts at Easter Rd along with Appere for Pawlett.

The 3 in midfield was intended to stop Hibs overrunning us in midfield. Maybe didn’t work so well but I don’t mind formation being changed depending on opposition.

Re the width mcmullan and pawlett were the problem not the system. Mcmullan at least does often have good games but Pawlett before injury has not shown much consistently.

Overall great spirit from all concerned and it would be amazing if we could get through in the replay 🤞

What I liked about Glass on Sunday was, the first thing he did was take a shot at goal from about 20 yards. WHY THE **** NOT??? One of the first things Appere did was take a pot shot and he scored. We didn't have players in the team who seemed willing to have a go, take a chance. These young boys have absolutely no fear and quite right. Not sure I'd play him from the start (I don't know how good he is tbh) but certainly from the bench when the game slows down he a first pick.
