    El Bakht gone

The club has reluctantly released the Moroccan to join a home club so that he is eligible for the Morocco national side. Gutted at this news as he was an exciting flair player capable of putting the fear of death into opposition defences. Apparently we have received a fee so this will need to be reinvested quickly to ensure we can maintain our play off bid.

Not sure you have to play in Morocco to be eligible to play for the national side. Where did that come from FFS ?

Perhaps it's because he was a French Moroccan so needs to play there to fully qualify. Whatever he's off and we need to replace him quickly.

id say your correct aloreburn unless morocco have changed there stance and now only select home based players ,similar stance to rugbys allblacks selection policy ,but id say on this occasion it will be cause he is farting about in a mickymouse league .

A superbly talented player who would have ripped Dundee Utd apart had he been playing.

Tragic to see him gone, - and impossible to replace in terms of his ability, but getting someone in who is big and strong is not such an issue, - and many fans will probably be happier with someone like that.

Don't know about the World Cup but in the African Cup and other lesser tournaments Morocco devo only pick players from their own leagues.

Let's hope that there is a player out there of sufficient ability to compensate for this loss and more importantly willing to come to Queens. This is as much an issue as wages I fear. Perhaps taking a chance on a rising talent from the lower leagues even if this is a bit of a gamble but this could also represent an investment if tied down on a decent contract.
