You are such a misery, I bet you describe this season like that too.

Our defence stabilised when he was out of the team. The 3 games he has started back he hasnt been a bomb scare. Need more games under his belt before passing judgement.

Hoping that we are challenging for top 6 next year rather than scrabbling about at the bottom of the league is being a 'misery'. OK 👍.

It was more to do with you saying we currently have a squad that would be battling relegation next season.

Shankland will be gone by the summer so yes that's exactly what we'll have. However, as I said above, hopefully our owners have more ambition than that.

A bit presumptuous but that may happen. I could be wrong of course but I'd imagine if we did sell him we'd maybe sign a replacement...

You know something for definite? Regardless, you've avoided the main point I was making...

Our current squad would not go down but we will add to it... ambition shouldn't really be in doubt since last January when we started building for the future.

However I'm more concerned with enjoying the here and now, we don't win many league titles, especially at a canter.

No I haven't, my original point was about ambition and you decided to make it out as being negative, which it wasn't.
