I always look at the standard of the players current performances and if he has any chance to get better.
In my opinion at his age,he has more than enough chance to progress.
10 million is a fair reflection of that,if anybody is willing to pay that is another thing but I wouldn't sell for any less.

Lenihan is worth similar.

Gibson has played in the Prem. Lenihan hasn't. Your average Champ defender is worth about £5m. Lenny is a it better than than that and quite young. So I reckon around £7m
