Moving the border is hardly a new suggestion, for several Israeli prime ministers have raised it, including Ariel Sharon in February 2004, Ehud Olmert in October 2007, and Benjamin Netanyahu in January 2014. In addition, Former defense minister Avigdor Liberman raised it in September 2016.
While attractive as an elegant and simple win-win solution to a mutual irritant – Israelis want fewer Palestinians in their country, Palestinians want to live in Palestine – it is in fact fraught with complications. Two stand out:
First, an overwhelming majority of Triangle residents prefer to stay in Israel, as shown by massive anecdotal evidence, politicians’ statements, and survey research over 15 years. Some of them emphasize that Israel is their home, others focus on Israel’s superior living conditions over that of the poorer, authoritarian PA.

For example, the Islamist mayor of Umm el-Fahm, the largest predominantly Muslim town in Israel, responded negatively to Sharon’s proposal: “the democracy and justice in Israel is better than the democracy and justice in Arab and Islamic countries.” Ahmad Tibi, a viciously anti-Zionist member of Israel’s parliament, called PA control “a dangerous, antidemocratic suggestion.”

You just laugh at the childish photos and ignore the propaganda links he puts up Balan. But it really is no laughing matter for the Palestinians, lefty shills in the West like BT, with their unquestioning support for Islamic terrorists in the region, simply prolong the suffering of the poor buggers condemned to live under the terrorist's yoke. But he's not alone, that's the default position of the left and the lefty media in the UK today, so the Palestinians will just have to grin and bear it, there's no salvation for them from this end of Europe.

You two really do make me smile.

The ancient biblical land known as Palestine (my Dad was stationed in Palestine when Ben Gurion tried to kill him) is now Israel.

The Israelis who just happen to be Jews, want to nick the whole kit'n'kaboodle, call it Israel and chuck the Arabs who happen to be Palestinian Muslims into the sea.

I am not sure what "lefty shills in the West" have got to do with that?

Oh dear! B T is off again. ''The ancient biblical land known as Palestine!''

''If Palestine was what you say, a 'biblical land'?'' Please show me where in the Bible the word Palestine appears?( I will wait ....but that could be forever ,the word Palestine does not appear in the Bible.
Ok, some history ,a sea people came to the shores of Judea (today's Israel ,then Judea,in English ,(Judah ,from were get the name Jew). The land was split into 2 Kingdoms, Judea and Israel. These sea fares were traders and came from the region of Crete and the Greek islands. They came and invaded the western shore. The Judeans gave them the name Palestim, from the Hebrew word to 'invade= פלש the root verb ,(P L S, palisch),from that we get in English, Philistine. From which the Palestinians try to say this was Palestine. Not only that but Jesus was a Palestinian!!
For years, the Palestinian Authority and Fatah have presented Jesus as a Palestinian, as part of its fabricating an ancient Palestinian history.
This year was no exception. On the occasion of Christmas, a top Fatah official spoke of Jesus as "the first Palestinian" and "'Christmas is one of the permanent Palestinian symbols."
In their historical revision, the PA and Fatah ignore that Jesus was a Jew ("Judean") according to Christian tradition and that the Roman Empire changed the name of the land Judea into "Palestine" only a hundred years after Jesus lived. In spite of the dishonesty, senior PA and Fatah leaders have consistently presented Jesus and his mother Mary as Palestinians and Jesus as "the first Palestinian Martyr," and the first Palestinian refugee

If we take the Bible as history we can read in Josuha 3 10.

    10. ''And Joshua said: 'Hereby ye shall know that the living God is among you, and that He will without fail drive out from before you the Canaanite, and the Hittite, and the Hivite, and the Perizzite, and the Girga****e, and the Amorite, and the Jebusite.''
    ''What no Palestinians??''

The “Mandate for Palestine” is a League of Nations document that laid down the Jewish legal rights in Palestine. The British Mandate, on the other hand, was entrusted by the League of Nations with the responsibility to administrate the area delineated by the “Mandate for Palestine.”

    http://www.mythsandfacts.org/conflic..._palestine.pdf

    1920. Mandate for Palestine: 120,466 sq km's
Final territory assigned to the jewish National home 1922. 28,166 Sq Km's
The territory of Jewish Palestine has been reduced by 77% of the Original mandate

“When it is asked what is meant by the development of the Jewish National
Home in Palestine, it may be answered that it is not the imposition of a Jewish
nationality upon the inhabitants of Palestine as a whole, but the further
development of the existing Jewish community, with the assistance of Jews in
other parts of the world, in order that it may become a centre in which the Jewish
people as a whole may take, on grounds of religion and race, an interest and a
pride. But in order that this community should have the best prospect of free
development and provide a full opportunity for the Jewish people to display its
capacities, it is essential that it should know that it is in Palestine as of right and
not on sufferance. That is the reason why it is necessary that the existence of a
Jewish National Home in Palestine should be internationally guaranteed and that
it should be formally recognized to rest upon ancient historic connection.”
    Winston Churchill
    British Secretary of State
    for the Colonies
    June 1922

    Oh B T!
''The Israelis who just happen to be Jews, want to nick the whole kit'n'kaboodle, call it Israel and chuck the Arabs who happen to be Palestinian Muslims into the sea''.

But don't you think B T ,if we look at the map .To the west of Israel is the sea.To the east of Israel ,the West Bank.and further the mountains and the eastern deserts.Would it not be better just to push them eastwards into the Mountains? In order to chuck them into the sea ,The IDF (Israel) would have to go behind them, into Jordan , in the east and push them into Israel ,what damage would that cause? Then chuck them into the sea?

    You are getting confused BT.

'Ancient biblical land', Ben Gurion, Palestine, 'call it Israel'. It's 2020 BT, we are where we are. Israel exists and it isn't going away, it exists in an amicable fashion of sorts alongside Egypt and Jordan, and despite the occasional tensions, it did with Assad's Syria as well. The Shiite regime in Tehran refuse any rapprochement with Israel and continue with their stated aim, which is to wipe Israel and all Jews off the face of the earth. Until this lethal folly ceases to be the main plank of Iran's foreign policy there can never be peace in the region, nor a better life for the poor buggers in Gaza caught in the middle. Western shills encourage Tehran in this policy and thus contribute to the ongoing suffering of the people of Gaza, with such 'friends', they don't need enemies.
