BT : If a viper snake is ready to attack you ? What do you do ? 1) You get out of its way, or 2) You kill it !!!

When Palestinians want to kill you! What do you do? To get out of the way? But where to run ? or You kill them!

Why do British police shoot and kill Muslims, that want to stab/kill people ?

Why do the I D F detain kids? Because what they do ,i e throw stones ,rocks etc,( The Israeli penal code treats stone throwing as a felony, with a maximum penalty of up to 20 years, depending on the circumstances and intentions: a maximum of 10 years for stoning cars, regardless of intent to endanger passengers, and 20 years for throwing stones at people, without proof of intent to cause bodily harm.)

BT : An answer to post #41
This article is from 23 June 2019, six months have past, has it changed ?? Then who writes it SHANNON EBRAHIM,from South Africa. She is very much anti Israel. Once living in an Apartheid state she see's Israel is an apartheid state too. But it is not so.

The Jewish people’s legal right to the Land of Israel as its National Home, from the Mediterranean Sea to the River Jordan, emanates from an unprecedented historic claim.
The “Mandate for Palestine,” which was granted to Great Britain by the League of Nations in 1922, for the purpose of establishing a Jewish national home in the Land of Israel, recognized this historic right.
Only the Jewish Nation received assurances and an international declaration to establish a State between the Mediterranean and the Jordan.

The developments, over time, have never altered the basic facts. The Green Line was created as an armistice line between Israel and Jordan in 1949, and was defined as such in the armistice agreements.

After 1948, Jordan attempted to annex Judea and Samaria, although the legal validity of it's annexation was never recognized by the international community. The annexation was eventually annulled at Jordan’s initiative with the signing of the Israel-Jordan Peace Treaty.

United Nations Resolution 242 did not mandate Israel’s withdrawal from all territories liberated in 1967; rather, it referred to only some of the territory – and thus, Israel’s obligations to withdraw were fulfilled by its withdrawal from the Sinai Peninsula.

The agreements Israel signed with the PLO after 1995 did not waive, negate or nullify any of its prior legal claims.
While Israel has never annexed Judea and Samaria (with the exception of the eastern
neighborhoods of Jerusalem and the area around Latrun), thereby exercising its historic and legal right, that decision has been based on political and diplomatic considerations, rather than legal constraints.

The Mandate for a Jewish National Home in the Land Of Israel.

In 1917, British Foreign Minister Arthur James Balfour declared: “His Majesty’s Government views with favor the establishment in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish people.” As a result of the Balfour Declaration in 1922, the League of Nations elected to transfer the territory to the British with the intention that “the Mandatory should be responsible for putting into effect the declaration in favour of the establishment in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish people.” The British gained control of the Land of Israel, including Judea, Samaria and Transjordan, as a
    custodianship for the Jewish People.

The purpose of giving the mandate to Great Britain by the League of Nations is outlined in detail in the preamble to the Mandate: “Recognition has thereby been given to the historical connection of the Jewish people with Palestine and to the grounds for reconstituting their national home in that country…” This document is legally binding according to international Law. The United States, which was not
a member of the League of Nations, also agreed to the contents of the mandate in a treaty it signed with Britain in 1924, where it was determined explicitly that: “The United States consents to the administration of Palestine by his British Majesty, according to mandate which has been quoted below…”

” This document is legally binding according to international Law!''

But this woman SHANNON EBRAHIM, writes in an article ,''We cannot afford to disregard international law''

She writes ....'' and in effect openly declared itself and the state of Israel above international law, as I have explained above ,Israel is not above international law!

Then again the U N, has about 55 nations or country's linked to Islam or Muslims.
We can see this effect when as of 2013, Israel had been condemned in 45 resolutions by the United Nations Human Rights Council. Since the creation of the Council in 2006, it has resolved almost more resolutions condemning Israel than on the rest of the world combined.

A US-led effort to condemn Hamas, which it described as a “terrorist organisation,” failed to gain sufficient traction within the General Assembly.

The resolution was spearheaded by Nikki Haley, the US’s outgoing UN envoy. She said the UN has condemned Israel at least 500 times over the years.
The rules of international law come from two main sources: treaties and customary international law, both of which are created by States.

This woman SHANNON EBRAHIM does not have a good understanding of the Israeli v's Palestinian problem. Some extra points she makes , Trump’s adviser Jared Kushner: “Palestinians are not yet capable of governing themselves,” - racist propaganda right out of PW Botha’s script. Well, count Fatah, Hamas and Muslim Brotherhood. Fatah and Hamas have even fought and killed each other in the past!
Hamas rules Gaza and Fatah rules Judea and Shomron.
Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ), is a Damascus-based Palestinian Islamist terrorist organisation formed in 1981. PIJ together with Hamas and SIX other factions are members of the Alliance of Palestinian Forces, which rejects the Oslo Accords and whose objective is the establishment of a sovereign, Islamic Palestinian state. Neither PIJ nor Hamas are members of PLO.
Following the Israeli and Egyptian squeeze on Hamas in early 2014, PIJ has seen its power steadily increase with the backing of funds from Iran. The armed wing of PIJ is Al-Quds Brigades, formed in 1981, which is active in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, with its main strongholds in the West Bank being the cities of Hebron and Jenin. Its operations have included suicide bombings, attacks on Israeli civilians, as well as the firing of rockets into Israel. So how can there be peace ? SIX groups all wanting power, all with different
ideology? Plus each group is a law unto itself.

IDF bolsters troops in Jordan Valley ahead of Trump peace plan
Although there is no specific intelligence to indicate planned violent events, the military and security services are preparing for an eruption after Abbas calls on Palestinians to protest and even sanctions clashes with Israeli troops.

However, in light of Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas's call Monday for Palestinians to demonstrate and even clash with Israeli troops, security officials are inspecting potential conflict areas and are preparing for any eventuality should violence erupt.
