I really don't see what the fuss is about. He was at best average and so inconsistent. If there's a fee been paid the club should be grabbing it, but it's a must the cash is invested in the team

Deek the only sensible solution was to take the money and invest in another player.

Allowing him to stay for a few months and leave for nothing would be like shooting yourself in the foot.

Didn’t send to worry Lyndon Dykes after he signed a pre-contract with Livingston!

Not that matters now but Alloa's winner was well offside . How the linesman didnt spot that beggars belief.

I liked the Wasps commentator saying their player may have been marginally offside...LOL

Having not kept a clean sheet all season, McCall will hope Brownlie brings solidity to his Firhill backline. He’s signed a two-and-a-half-year deal whilst Lyons has penned a deal of the same length.

He signed for Livi and then came back to Queens on loan.

Imagine the scenario if we found ourselves joint bottom with Thistle on the last game of the season and Brownlie happend to score a winner from a corner which sent us down.

I just think adding strength to a team in a similar position to us is a dangerous game. We want them to remain bottom or certainly below us.

The cost of relegation would be far greater than any transfer fee and any fee is only as good as what we bring in.

We all know what Brownlie's like, a competent player (apart from Saturday there) but I doubt if he alone is going to suddenly transform them into an above average team defensively. Whether his leaving significantly weakens us however remains to be seen, it'll depend if Johnston brings in yet another CH or if pairings involving Kilday, Semple or Devine show they can form good partnerships.
