Nick de Marco is the QC we’ve recruited. I believe he has a reputation as being the top man in the area of sporting legalities and, as Stenson suggests, FFP.
He’ll cost someone a ‘pretty penny’ but I doubt he’d put his reputation on the line if he didn’t think he/we had a good case.
