Maybe thicky can ask his inside man in the FA what our punishments going to be, I mean he knew before even the EFL did but what its got to do with the FA is anyones guess, if they really feel the need to get involved in EFL matters maybe its about time they investigated Bournemouth and Wolves

Well after fluking a win over the DYS it looks like normal service has resumed at forest, soon they'll have nothing left to cheer for and their attention will turn to us vs the EFL

    No they didn't.

According to the bee bee c

"QPR have agreed a settlement of almost £42m with the English Football League after an arbitration panel dismissed the Championship club's claims that Financial Fair Play rules are unlawful.

The settlement includes a £17m fine, paying £3m of the EFL's legal costs and the agreement from club shareholders to write off £22m of outstanding loans.

QPR will also be under a transfer embargo for the January 2019 window.

It is believed the EFL have agreed to a payment schedule over 10 years."

But that was for a clear breach of FFP rules.

Yep, you’re right and I stand corrected.

So, in effect...five years after breaking the rules and winning around £170m by beating us at Wembley with players they would probably not have ‘legally’ been able to buy, QPR have been fined just over £4m per year for about ten years.

In the meantime we, and any of the other teams competing for promotion back in 2014, have not received any ‘compensation’ and our fate, for what may or may not prove to be a similar offence, may rumble on and on until 2024.

The EFL is brilliant isn’t it?

No, the fine was 1.7 million a year and costs 0.3 million.

Having to in effect convert the loan to equity is an accounting nicety only since its just juggling with the shaholders' interests in the balance sheet

Did you see all those pink seats at half time when all the glory supporters decided they'd seen enough and left the true fans to it
