    Kevin Hetherington, Andy aitken, Alan ball, jocky dempster, have all got to be in there. Jim McBride also. I always thought he was a class act in the centre of the park

    Exactly Dougal - a cult hero is not one of the fans best or favourite players so big Dougie Mills or Derek Holmes fit the bill perfectly - not star players but popular.

    Henry Templeton was a 'cult' hero . Capable of extraordinary skill and extraordinary laziness as well. I remember him going on mazy runs the length of the pitch and also just letting opponents ghost by him without moving a muscle. I think Henry was just a one off and untrainable.

    Father of David Cooper Templeton who returned to Hamilton in the January transfer window. Henry was remembered more at Ayr Utd.
