Well done Michael Stewart for saying it like it is about time someone said what the majority of us are thinking. Also well done for not backing down and crumbling. Unlike the co hosts who were panicking and envisaging there pension pots melting away 😂

Michael Stewart dropped from all BBC sports shows while talks are held in Rangers rant row.

Not surprised in the slightest. Too close for comfort. Heard the panic in the presenters voice.

" Michael, he's not here to defend himself" So.......... on any programme nowadays , you can't mention/question/ dispute anything about anyone who isn't actually in the same studio??? Absolute sh**e...

I'm no fan of MS, but at least he challenged a few things that had been written in the press and put on social media.

Are the BBC that desperate to get back in to Ibrox that they need to hang someone out to dry?

Shame really, I like to watch a fiery debate (Roy Keane) for example, maybe don't agree with what is being said but love the fear in the the others faces when it all gets too close to the bone

The BBC shouldn’t be reporting on anything happening in or around Ibrox, they’re not welcome so should just drop them completely.

This reporting or commenting on games that they watch in the studio is nonsense, should just say they’re no getting in so they’re no interested in what’s going on at the big hoose.

Go Michael Stewart.....probably get a better deal at BT now anyways .

BBC can keep their Steven and Leanne combo ......

I have just received a letter from the TV licensing,i must be psychic because the day before i had stepped up security in the Bedsit.I did have a wee think about starting up a direct debit but this news about my FAV pundit has hardened my attitude. They have spent over 85 million pounds on the Eastenders set in London and pay Gary FN Lineker a fortune he does not need so they can whistle Dixie for their money.

There's a petition on change.org to get him reinstated.
