    January...

‘...sick and tired of you hanging round me.’
So sang a distinctly average Pilot about forty five years ago and it could have been the DCFC theme song for the last four or five seasons.
This year however...it’s P7 W4 D2 L1 and however inept and disappointing the Luton defeat was, that record is good by any standards.
Six more matches to come in the other usually dire month of February. Might we have begun to turn a corner?

One would hope so. Even better if March starts off as well as January and February have.

Halfway through the season and we're mid-table... seems fair.

Not a 'Pilot' fan then rA!!
It's a song that certainly sums up the post Xmas, crap winter weather and dark nights time of the year!!
Still supporting the mighty Rams at that time certainly brightened one's winter blues!!

Applaud the sentiment more than the song, mac. My least favourite month.
Still I suppose it must have stuck in the memory bank somehow, so more memorable than yesterday’s ODI performance. Better few days for Derby than our international teams.
