    Fulham(home)predictions

Tough game but I fancy us to get a point at home.

I'm completely at sea with this one.
I think I'll opt for 2-1 to Rovers, but with no confidence.
It should be a good game of football, but you never know.

Well, the Friday night result summed this Division up perfectly!
Bristol City, on the back of four wins in a row, score at home after 40 seconds but eventually lose one-three. (I haven't heard from my cousin yet. He's probably in shock).
The bookies must love attempts to predict the outcome of Championship matches.
Having said that, Birmingham themselves are unbeaten since we lost to them in the Cup - the latest team to go on a bit of a run.
Incidentally, it's beginning to look as if Rotherham might come straight back up. It's interesting that they've stuck with Paul Warne, but then, he does have a very long association with the club.

Further proof just how far sides are off being good enough to go up, and stay up. Bristol City are meant to be one of the better sides, who have been in the play offs most of the season. I've seen them quite a few times, including last night, and I'm in no doubt what an average side they are. On a par with most of this division. It's so far short of providing a team who could go up and do well its frightening. Please let's stay where we are and carry on like we are.
Rotherham are like Barnsley. They will come up, and head straight back down. But once down there, they will end up being too good for that level below us. Barnsley will end up dropping down, but next season they will end up in the top 6 again.

This was not the game I expected. More of a stalemate, really.
It supported your point above, really, Champs.
Very little between the teams. Obviously, we lacked that touch of creativity, with Dack, Holtby and Rothwell all missing, but I thought we deserved a draw.
With VAR, we might have got one!

Boring game we didn't play well enough to win in.. I'm full of flu, so don't reckon I'll attend on Tuesday.. sky red button for me as a one off.

My tip is Derby. They will come from nowhere and I think they will easily get in the play offs. Rooney is having a big impact there, and he plays most games. Watch them. I think they could go up. One side that wont be is Leeds.

I thought they looked a neat, competent side. Who I don't feel would have beaten us had we had even half the players back we are missing terribly. On the way out after the game, I heard one bloke telling everyone loudly how much better where than us. Which I disagreed with him loudly and asked what would Fulham look like without Cairney (the ONE player I really wish we had, and need more than anything!!!) Mitrovijc, Bryan and their next most influential player!!! They would be no better than us is the answer!!
The game had a draw written all over it, and we matched a decent side. Tiny things where the difference. Travis set their goal up, which was a complete fluke from their aspect. I thought we had a perfectly good goal ruled out for offside, which I have looked at a few times and not sure why it was ruled out? Little things like that on the day didn't go our way, and went theirs. Like you say Aucks, with VAR I think we probably would've got that one. Mowbray rarely kicks off this much, but he is fuming!!
I thought as always Travis was our best player, closely followed by Nyambe who I though had a very good game vrs a dangerous winger.
And Cairney was great for them, such a good player. Always uses the ball well, keeps it moving, always looking for a dangerous ball. If we had someone like him, with Travis we would be a top side in this division. Pity Reed doesn't get a game for them, he should have stayed with us.
