I don't think much of him claw, think you'll want to get rid! On the other hand, your book is next on my buy list!

He is a one club man so far claw but has had loan periods at Chesterfield, Bradford City, Burton Albion and Notts County.

Has he featured for you yet?

The book is called "A piece of the Action" written by myself Graham Price on sale with Amazon. The story came about when I stumbled on a plot while I was working in the Middle East for an oil company, a plot to kill the Israeli minister responsible for invading Lebanon. In addition to that I have woven into the narrative aspects of my time serving on active service with the Royal Marines. Let me know if you get it MadAmster.

Back on topic...given the way in which Wisdom has recovered and come back into favour, and Lawrence too, to a lesser extent, it would seem that maybe ‘leopards can change their spots’...so is Chris Martin worth another year’s contract?

Personally I don’t think we’ll ever see the 2013-15 vintage again but I am beginning to think he does provide a more than useful option.

Give Martin a years contract with a reduction in wages, he's taken enough dosh of us for doing nothing in the past 3 seasons!

Spent much of the pat 3 seasons out on loan because the various Managers in that time didn't think he fitted the style of play they wanted to use. Their prerogative, of course, but he's done nothing for us because he wasn't here. A debilitating illness also meant he didn't do much out on loan either but that wasn't his fault. The loan clubs will have picked up some or all of the wage bill as well.

I wouldn't argue with the wage cut comment but I can't help thinking you're being harsh on Coldplay, MoP.

Agreed MOP. Curious how he has been ****e for most of that 4 year contract, yet, as it nears its end, he has suddenly found (at least part of) his mojo again? Maybe its another false dawn, who knows
