Pop up adverts now making this forum impossible to use - I have ad blocking software but still useless against the incessant bombardment of adverts. Sad but time to leave for good it seems.

No pop ups here and I dont have any software to stop them.

The most worrying thing is the lack of SSL encryption on the site ( pad lock crossed through in search bar) which means passwords are travelling across the internet unencrypted. I certainly wouldnt use the same password for this site as you use for any others.

Use Brave browser. It has a built-in ad blocker. It's also safer, more private, and faster.

I have the same but still getting the pop ups all the time - very annoying!!!

Have you tried updating them and your computer? I check for computer updates every week even though it's supposed to be automatic.

Absolutely right,sometimes the adverts take up to 80% of the screen and viewing is a impossible and if you press the X to close them then you get taken to the site regardless,I've used various ad blocker type things but the adverts still get through
