With Man City being emptied from the CL will this be a landmark moment in the whole sport washing going on in the EPL ,I wonder what it would be like if these teams were run on gate money alone,I’m sure I read from Deloitte or someone that most premiership clubs could easily continue by letting everyone in free and just using TV and sponsorship revenue...personally I think most of the EPL is overrated....

Something I've noticed is that most (Not all) people that go to see teams like Dundee arnae really interested in the EPL.

Guys that don't go to live games seem to enthuse about about it.

Boys at my golf club could name lpool, Chelsea, city and man United's top 40 first team squad players but couldn't tell you what league, raith, falkirk or e Fife play in.

As for the money thing I think that ship has sailed and possibly man city will get decision overturned.

The point I was making was the difference in revenue between gate receipts/and other streams i.e TV ,kit sponsors and the like.
If Dundee ran on gate money alone they wouldn’t be able to switch a light or put the heating on...
