Don't rule out Russell Martin at MKD who has the advantage of being a recent ex-player. He's also doing a good job of improving the Dons

What a thoroughly decent genuine man Warney is..good luck to the lad whatever he does because there's not many of his type left unfortunately.

I don't think he will go anywhere for a while yet. He isn't the type of bloke who would uproot his settled family to chase the golden ticket. Or at least I dont think he is 🤔😂

Norwich are a similarly run club to The Millers. The owners are as loyal as they can be in this business.

The podcast is a half hour listen but Warney is a joy to listen to. Whether or not the Canaries job is offered to him or not, he’s proven at a L1 level and maybe Could do well higher still if he was able to have a Championship budget. That is unlikely with the Millers, I know, so hopefully he stays with Rotherham.

It would be a big risk to put him in the Premiership but Norwich in the Championship would be a fitting test for him and the club would have a budget that gives him a better than average fighting chance to do well at that level.

He’s doing a good job now and how great is that given he’s such a nice bloke. Genuine.

Just spent a lovely 30 minutes listening to Paul Warne. Might not always agree with him as a manager but can't fault him as a person.

There was an interview with Tony Stewart on 5Live on Sat at about 1.30pm and he and the Presenter and guests were really singing The praise of PW.
5Live knew a lot about PW and his methods and were very impressed

It should be at about 1hr 34mins
