It seems that Kiko is guilty no matter what happens, the probability of his alleged offence is what they are looking at.So in effect if the corrupt panel think he probably said it then he is guilty.

That sounds like it in a nutshell. It's a very difficult one to prove either way without the lip readers having a clear sight, and the fact there's a hearing would suggest there's no clear sight - otherwise he would know he was bang to rights. So it seems to be about how much doubt there is in the end.

If he's found guilty and the ban isn't challenged, does it start immediately, anyone know?

He plays for Leeds..obviously he is guilty..minus 15 point deduction and another 200 grand fine on the way!

(A new rule invented..just for us)

Good strategy for us fans Kiko! Lol

They are trying to find out if Meslier farted in the dugout so that they can ban him too.

No sign of a verdict - hopefully Kiko can keep his head tomorrow better than the last few weeks.

    Great result from Derby tonight....

They could have easily won it in the last 10 minutes too Jez. Had 3 good chances that the keep thwarted. But att least they took 2 off them.
