With the upcoming ban on the sale of wet wood and coal as fuel, does this mean steam engined trains will all have to be decommissioned?

Stephenson’s Rocket Leaves.
Or The Dead Duck instead of Mallard
Is there a definition of 'wet wood' other than wood that isn't dry? Our place over there has a multi-fuel burner and without coal or wood I'm not sure what's left to burn except maybe the odd foreigner (that's a joke by the way which I know will come back to bite me if I ever consider running for President of the US, Prime Minister or Treasurer of the local Bowls club)
People after burning cheap wood etc have been called out.
I've seen the smoke from a neighbouring house.
It appears it’s the sale of non dried wood and coal that’s going to be banned , if you can source your own wood whos to know it’s not wet? Someone famous once said.. “ cut your own wood and it warms you twice”
