    I think Neil has that experience probably better than anyone.

    Not only has Neil experience in non league, he also has a promotion from non league on his CV with Scarborough. That is why Notts made a move for him in 1988

    I remember 1988, some good chart toppers back then Def Leppard and Terrence Trent D'arby being two stand out performers.

    He may as well complete the full circle then. Scarborough in 88, Notts in 20.

    I’m up for sacking Ardley as much as the next man, but talk of Warnock is ridiculous. Allardyce is doing nowt else, maybe he’d fancy it.
