Is my verdict on HRK's second goal. To rocket the ball past the keeper from that angle and totally mean it. He has set himself a standard with that goal and hopefully will give him confidence to go on and score a few more. His first goal was standard HRK poaching from a couple of yards out. I am really pleased for him because he never stops working for the team. His song that started off as a p*ss take is now being sung with genuine praise for the guy.

Apparently he tried to run to the Bristol bench to celebrate in front of Johnson as they felt the reaction of the Bristol bench to the Sawyers incident influenced the ref in his decision to give a red card.
The Albion players stopped him unfortunately as I would have loved to have seen that. I don't like Bristol at all. Only ever stop there if I need to take a cr*p on my was to Cornwall.

If he did he would be immense 71. He started out as a winger then got used as a center forward. Same thing happened to me so I understand the guy, I loved playing out wide but was happy in the middle. Kanu though covers everywhere so his value is far more than a striker to me, he's more of a winger come attacking midfielder come striker.Originally Posted by astle71

For me he's always been a decent player, albeit a tad short on goals.
Our fans took an early dislike to him. The fact he came from a lower division than ours and that all the plaudits he was getting for THAT GOAL for Wales.
