    Attackers defending and defenders attacking??????????

Just quoting from Hughies post on the Ritchie thread where Schar states "people forget how hard the forwards work defensively"

The forwards "work defensively" and we still bleed goals.

As opposed to that how many goals have the defenders got and won games compared to the attackers.

Would that justify a reversal of the positions.

None of them seem to know what they`re supposed to be doing, so would it make any difference?

Exactly. So the terrible, defensive tactics aren't even working!

Tactics!!! We just turn up and hope for the best. I can't even believe that Bruce has a clue about the opposition.

His team talk would probably go something like, "hoof the bugger up field and maybe Joelinton can work some of his brazilean magic and fluke a goal"

Some chance of that happening. They've been trying that on for 2/3 of the season and it's yet to work.

if you take 3-4 poor results away ie the leicester games manure and arsenal we havent lost by huge amounts
only the odd goal in it and surprisingly we have only managed to not score in 8-9 games yet last season same time it was 10-12 games

    yet we had rondon

there aint a lot in the two seasons except one manager is in his first season the other was in his 3-4 season
