Bonner has a record of won four, drawn one, lost one, promotion form. So where is the line that suggests Bonner isn't up to it? The days of building for the future are over. This club has been building for the future for most of its existence, only to have its future ripped away by the best being transferred.

Doesn't help does it.

This club needs to get into div 1 next season. I am sick to death of a mind numbing lower than average existence, where drudgery, boredom, tedium, death by incompetence is a staple diet. Existance is not enough.

We need a coliseum, where the opposition is put to death. Figuratively speaking. We need gladiators. We need fans to gloat over humiliation and death. Not this touchy feely empathic watch out for feelings nonsense.

We need to ride in a chevy down the Newmarket Road with the head of the opposition on a spike. Figuratively speaking. We need life, drama, the highest joy, and the lowest hell of defeat.

Playing safe is not an option.

Bonner has a lot of leeway, but ultimately he must get this club up. Now. Or next season. Setting a goal makes it likely. Or get fired.

We need a team or Roy Keanes, get in the oppositions faces, kick the hell out of them, physically destroy them. Run them into the ground. Only then can a playmaker make a difference.

My season ticket is at stake. Go top of the red card league, get banned not injured. When one gladiator goes, another one comes in, with a sharper blade.

Choose life.

Not this.
