    Sad as I am, I like threads like this.

    My current bugbear is why we have started to use the phrase "figure it out". Whatever happened to "work it out"!

    My son actually referred to the letter "z" as "zee" the other day. He also used the term "math" instead of "maths". He's 16. I didnt know whether to laugh, cry or throw him out the house 😠

    I can’t stand it when I hear “people be like” or starting sentences with “when” or when someone asks if anyone is going potting or out for slurps instead of going for a pint.
