Competency of club shop

I recently ordered some items from the online shop (shirts and towel etc).

took a grand total of 9 days to arrive here (some kind of speed world record), 2 items were missing. So wrote to the shop in link provided. Received an apology and within a week the remaining two items arrived.

Firstly, thanks to the shop for the good service, prompt customer response and prompt action. Also thanks for making the local system here deliver in record time.

Slight initial hiccup but good service appreciated for sure.

I was in just after Christmas. Fancied the rugby style retro Utd top but they only had one size in stock (small). The guy said they didn't have any more so I went on my way. Got home, went online and I was able to order any size I wanted which I found a bit strange. Not sure if the stock is kept at the shop, kept elsewhere or what, but they clearly had more sizes despite me being told they didn't.

I gt 2 rugby styles also, one medium and one exceptionally large (for me)
