My mother is 80 and has health problems,if she gets it she's away.I have a garbage immune system due to my medication and i need to go out everyday and work.I think i may well get it and am not sure if i will be able to fight it off. When asked at the press briefing today who should take extra care the medical officer with Boris said anyone who need's to get the annual flu jag.I get mine every November.
One thing i will say though if i can go to my work outdoors with underlying health issues maybe young fit athletes can play 8 or 9 football games behind closed doors eh?.

I'm also in the flu jab crew but fortunately I can work from home. Interesting the WHO having a go at UK policy of not testing...

That’s where I’m at. If ‘sporting integrity’ really is the singular most important thing, then does it actually matter if there is anyone there to see it? Going down that road would allow things to maybe recommence beginning/middle of May, run through to end of June and allow a slightly later start to an otherwise ‘normal’ following season. Really don’t see what the issue is to be honest.

Its why some news broadcasts talk about numbers in some places doubling in a day.
Aye i've seen this, only thing worth mentioning is that plenty of these specialists have said we are 14 days behind italy for the past week and its not really moved at the rate they have, thankfully. Italy do have one of the highest number of elderly people which doesnt help...

I do agree that social and the mainstream media have went OTT but some of the posts i have missed today saying things are normal here should go down to the doctor surgeries in the city. The doors are locked and patient's cant get in,is that normal?.

Getting a bit mixed up with threads now however, i will combine both subjects. I also fall into the flu jab category and avoid work as much as possible in order to play as much golf as possible😄. Between me and the missus i also fall into the we will defo get the virus not if. Rangers RIP are blatantly doing what they can to get the season scrapped to the point its embarrassing for them. Dont want to play closed doors through loyalty to the fans? Aye right then!
Also, see they have dug up a new board member from somewhere in the 1920’s.
