Arteta - tested positive for Coronavirus

    As the title says.

Would think this will have an impact, first named premier official/player to have it.

Means there whole squad will have to be quarantinted.

Surely leads into games being posponed not just playing behind closed doors.

Just been pointed out that is 3 clubs that have publicly said they are affected.

Leciester, Man City and now Arsenal.

I reckon we'll be seeing more soon enough.

I don’t think this football season will be completed. I don’t think the Euro’s will go ahead either.

Suspend all football. Football isn't that important. Lives are. I have tickets for the Euros. Not bothered if it is put back.

Agree with this to be honest.

Reckon they'll write the summer off for sport.

The Euros will almost certainly be held in 2021. The Danish government, who are part hosts of the Euro 2020 campaign, have just announced that.

I'm almost certain it will be postponed.

Emergency meeting planned by the Premier League tomorrow. Think that will be it for a while with the season if it doesn't get cancelled altogether.

If the season is suspended or they even write it off then I think we'd start next season with the same teams. Can't think of a fairer way.

Imagine if it was cancelled. No trophies given out. Be murders on Merseyside and in the Championship, Leeds no promotion. I dont mind Liverpool but the reactions of Leeds I would pěss myself.
